  • What is the difference in a regular subscription and a team subscription?
    Individual subscriptions start at $20 per user per month or $180 ($15/Mo) when billed annually. Sofia for Teams allows you to purchase 5-20 memberships at a discounted rate of $5 per person. Memberships are billed annually. Each person gets full access to the live and on-demand video library.
  • How is Sofia for Teams different than Sofia for Employers?
    Sofia for Teams is designed for small teams and families, 5-20 people. This option allows for discounted pricing. Sofia for Employers is for larger employers. With this option, employers get a dedicated account manager and detailed de-identified analytics and usage metrics. Contact us for pricing.
  • Can I pay monthly for a subscription?
    Our Sofia for Teams & Families plan is billed annually at the discounted rate of $5 per person. The payment method used at checkout will be billed immediately. We only offer annual plans for our discounted membership bundles. Plans start at 5 people.
  • How much does it cost to purchase a team subscription?
    You can purchase a team or family plan for $5.00 per user per month. Billed annually: 5 memberships: $300 per year (save $600) 10 memberships: $600 per year (save $1200) 15 memberships: $900 per year (save $1800) 20 memberships: $1,200 per year (save $2400)
  • Can I purchase additional memberships?
    Yes, you can purchase additional memberships anytime. *Note: you cannot decrease the number of memberships once the purchase is complete.
